At Scape Wembley, we offer a range of living options, creatively and comfortably designed with student living in mind. Choose between:

En Suites

Enjoy your own private sanctuary with our en suite bedrooms, perfect for your privacy and convenience. Each room features a comfy double bed, cosy study space and (of course) your own private bathroom.

Standard Studios

Our Standard Studios are compact and cosy, but that doesn’t mean you’re compromising on quality. With a spacious wardrobe, desk, your own private en-suite bathroom and built in kitchenette, they are designed to make the most of every meter.

Medium Studios

Like the Standard Studios, but a bit bigger, you’ll feel right at home in our smartly designed Medium Studios. Fully furnished and with ample storage, they are made with comfortable student living in mind.

Large Studios

Benefit from extra space without breaking the bank – more room to make your own. Our Large Studios are a popular choice with residents at Scape Shoreditch and have light and airy windows, and extra hidden storage.

One & Two bed apartments

For those looking for an elevated living experience, our one and two bed apartments provide a great solution. Enjoy the privacy of your own bedroom, with shared communal living area, kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for friends wanting to share or meet other students.

Take a look at our offers page for details on any live offers.

When you are a resident at Scape Wembley you will have access via your smartphone to the parts of the building you need. From the entrance to the building, all communal spaces, your floor and room.

Your safety is our number one priority. All our rooms in Wembley are equipped with top-notch security features, including key fob access to your room, corridor and every entry point in the building. For added peace of mind, we have CCTV, on-site security and 24/7 reception to assist you at anytime.

This level of security exceeds what you’d typically find in private rentals. Unlike university halls which are usually situated on campus, Scape is lot more selective with our locations and you can relax knowing that the building is in a safe neighbourhood only a short commute to major universities in London. Should you need anything at all while you’re here, you can reach our team via instant message on the Scape Student app, and we’ll take care of it.

Yes, you heard right. At Scape everything is covered in your weekly rent, including all utilities and bills, gym membership and superfast Wi-Fi. This amount is fixed from the start of your tenancy so even if energy bills go up, your rent stays the same.

There’s no need to find your own energy, gas and Wi-Fi suppliers, everything's already set up and ready so you can get settled in straight away, no stress. Find out more about Life at Scape here.

Of course. Feel free to book a tour here. You can check out the room you’re interested in, along with our gym, cinema, study spaces and social hangouts. It’s a great way to get a glimpse of what life at Scape is really like. We’re sure that you’re going to love it!

Just double-check that you receive a tour confirmation email before arriving so that we can make sure our team is ready for your visit. We can’t wait to show you around.

Rooms at Scape are popular and tend to fill up fast. The best way to guarantee your spot is by booking early. Since our rooms are dynamically priced (like flight tickets), booking ahead also gives you a chance to get our best rates.

If there’s no current availability, you’re welcome to join our waiting list. If someone else cancels their booking and a room becomes available, we’ll reach out to everyone on the waiting list. Rooms will then be filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Good news, you don’t need a guarantor to book. Securing a room at Scape Wembley is hassle-free. As long as you’re over 18 when you move in, you can book your spot without any extra paperwork or fuss. It’s just another way we take the stress out of moving.

Your room comes with a comfy double bed, giving you plenty of space to stretch out and recharge after a busy day at university. You just need to bring your own pillow and bedding. There’s large under-bed storage, wardrobes and drawers for all your stuff.

Kitchens come fully equipped with a hob, microwave and fridge-freezer combo so you can easily whip up your favourite meals. If you need anything else, we’ve partnered with Unpacked so you can conveniently pre-order kitchen, bedding and cleaning items to be delivered directly to your door at Scape on move-in day.

All bedroom windows are double glazed to reduce noise. Space Wembley implements advanced personal heat controls to ensure bedrooms maintain an ambient temperature for optimal comfort. There is also air conditioning in all gyms and communal spaces.

Yes. Scape offers private student accommodation especially for student living. Our beautifully designed, purpose-built accommodations are managed independently from the universities in your city and are exclusive to students over 18.

We welcome students studying at a range of higher education institutions, providing a comfortable and supportive environment to help you get the most out of your university experience.

Our rooms are thoughtfully designed with extra details. Enjoy a fully furnished space with an ensuite bathroom, power shower, heated towel rails and mirrored bathroom cupboards. Our rooms have large windows to let in natural light along with a comfortable and well-lit study desk, ideal for catching up on lectures or video-calling family.

Plus, you’ll have access to all our communal areas in the building like the gym, cinema and social spaces. There’s a laundry room where you can do your washing and drying for a small fee, and your mail and parcels can be delivered to reception and easily tracked on the Scape app for added convenience. Here’s a handy checklist to help you pack for move in day.

Yes, you can. Staying with friends is a great way to get the full university experience, with all the same Scape perks. The best way to make it happen is by booking together. Just reach out to our team at [email protected] and we’ll get it sorted. Don’t forget to check our offers page for any group booking or referral discounts.

You’re welcome to have overnight guests at Scape. You just need to check them in at reception or on the Scape student app when they arrive. We respect your independence.
