What is all-inclusive student living?

• Study spaces: quiet study pods, spacious desks, and bookable meeting rooms.

• Security and reception: CCTV and secure door entry, with 24/7 reception for help at any hour.

• Wellbeing support: on-site staff trained in mental health and first aid.

• Parcel collection: secure parcel collection, tracked through the student app so deliveries don't get missed or left outside.

• Maintenance and housekeeping: an in-house maintenance team for routine and urgent and repairs, plus housekeeping for communal spaces.

• Laundry and bike storage: access to a laundry room and secure bike storage.
