Two-week rent discount (Scape Bloomsbury, Scape Canada Water, Scape Guildford, Scape King’s Cross, Scape Shoreditch), three-week rent discount (Scape Hammersmith, Scape Mile End), four-week rent discount (Scape Leeds).

This discount covers the ‘turnover’ week between full academic year contracts. No new damage deposit is required – your existing deposit will roll over.

• FOR CUSTOMERS BOOKING A DIFFERENT ROOM 

No discount, but you'll still be covered for the ‘turnover’ week between full academic year contracts. A new damage deposit is required

How it works

1. Eligible rebookers will have their rooms reserved for them on Tuesday 3rd February until 17th February at 23:59

2. You will be sent instructions on how to complete your booking via email

Terms and conditions

• The offer is valid from Tuesday 3rd February 2026 to 23:59 Tuesday 17th February 2026

• The offer expires at 23:59 on Tuesday 17th February

• To qualify, you must:

  • Have checked into your current room from September 2025

  • Be a current Scape resident at the time of rebooking

  • Hold or upgrade to a full academic year contract for the 25/26 Academic Year

• Rebooking contracts are offered at 52 weeks and will start one week prior to the main check‑in day

• If you end your 25/26 booking early, prior to the contractual end date:

  • You will forfeit the additional week discount

  • Your 26/27 start date will revert to the main check‑in day (1 week later)

• If you rebook the same room, no new damage deposit is required for 26/27, your existing deposit will roll over to your new contract

• Only bookings for September 2026 with a minimum term of 51 weeks qualify

• Discounts apply only when rebooking the same room you occupied in 25/26

• Any applicable discount will be applied to your payment schedule as set out in your 26/27 Residence Agreement

• Failure to comply with the terms of your Residence Agreement may result in the promotional offer being withdrawn with 28 days notice

MOVING ROOMS?

If you book a different room, you will be required to pay a new deposit on 1st August 2026. To move rooms you will need to be available to relocate your belongings at any time during the turnover week, which runs between the main check-out date of the 25/26 academic year and the main check-in date for 26/27.

Terms and conditions

• The offer period runs from 27th October 2025 to 17th February 2026

• Offer expires on 17th February at 23:59

• To qualify you must have checked into your room at Scape from September 2025 and you must be a current resident at Scape

• Only bookings made for September 2026 for a minimum term of 42 weeks qualify for this offer

• The offer does not apply to bookings made via a third party or agent

• The guarantee ends on the start date of your 26/27 booking and will not be backdated

• The guarantee applies to your net weekly rate (i.e. your contractual weekly rate after any discount is subtracted)

• The comparison rate is the weekly rate advertised on scape.com for the same room type, on the same floor, in the same building and for the same contract duration

• If you believe a lower rate is published after you rebook and before your 26/27 start date, you should email Scape at bookings.uk@scape.com. Scape will then issue a response within 14 working days

• If your net weekly rate is higher than what is published online Scape will price match the published rate

• The offer is subject to availability and Scape has the right to amend, withdraw or refuse it at any time

Terms and conditions

• The competition will run monthly from 1^st September 2025 to 31^st August 2026.

• Only current residents (at the time of submission) of Scape Bloomsbury, Scape Canada Water, Scape Guildford, Scape Hammersmith, Scape Kings Cross, Scape Leeds, Scape Mile End, Scape Shoreditch and Scape Wembley are eligible to enter.

• You will only be entered into the prize draw if you successfully submit photo or video content via the competition link.

• A winner will be chosen on or before the 15^th of each month and contacted via email.

• The winner must reply to the email within 48 hours to claim their prize. If unclaimed, another winner will be selected.
