How do I get your early bird rates?
Easy! Just book your same room between 27th October and 10th November. You'll get our best rates, plus an exclusive rent discount.
Even better, you can leave your stuff where it is. No need to pack up and move all over again.
What is your lowest price promise?
It’s our way of making sure you never pay more than you have to. It means you’ll always get the best deal. No need to stress about better offers showing up after you book. Our lowest price promise guarantees the cheapest weekly rate for your room.
If prices drop, your rent drops too and you automatically get the lower rate.
If prices go up, your rent stays the same and you still pay the lowest rate.
What happens if I don’t book my room by 10th November?
It’s risky. Between 27th October and 10th November, we’re giving you a chance to book your room before anybody else.
After the 10th, this exclusivity window closes. Rooms will be fair game to everyone, and you might lose your place. You’ll also miss out on our rent discount, and lowest price guarantee. Meaning you’ll likely end up paying more than you have to.
What if I want to book a different room?
If you want to switch rooms, email bookings.uk@scape.com and we’ll get it sorted.
Just remember, if you’re changing rooms, you'll need to move out and check back in on your contract start date so we can deep clean your new space. Otherwise, you’ll have to pay to cover the 1-week gap between your contracts.
Will Scape rates go up?
