Things to do in Greenwich

History

The area known as Maritime Greenwich is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its historical attractions and landmarks. For an insight into Greenwich’s maritime past, The Royal Museums and Cutty Sark are a perfect day out in SE10. At the Royal Observatory you can visit the site of the prime meridian, tour London’s only planetarium, and look through the UK’s largest telescope.

Out and About

Scape is on the Greenwich peninsula, right next to the O2 arena and its bars, restaurants and world famous entertainment venue. And the lights and sights of central London are only a 20 minute ride on the Jubillee line.

Shopping

Greenwich itself has a great range of markets, restaurants, shops and bars. A shopping park and large supermarket are also nearby. The world-famous shopping district of Bond Street, Regent Street and Oxford Street are less than 20 minutes away from SE10. Or take the London Underground to Westfield Stratford City, Europe's largest shopping centre.

Outdoor space

North Greenwich is surrounded by greenery. In three minutes, you can walk along the River Thames or you can enjoy the small park on East Parkside right on our doorstep, and Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park is less than a five minute walk away from Scape Greenwich.
